How to Publish or Edit Multiple WordPress Posts and Pages at Once
Managing content in WordPress doesn’t have to be time-consuming. Whether you want to publish several draft posts, unpublish outdated pages, or make bulk updates to WooCommerce products, WordPress makes it easy to manage everything in just a few clicks. In this quick guide, we’ll show you how to bulk edit and publish multiple posts, pages, or products directly from your WordPress admin dashboard—no plugins or coding required.
First of all I’ll show you how to bulk edit multiple posts
1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard
First of all you need to login to your WordPress dashboard.
Lets say you want to publish multiple draft posts.
2. Go to Posts
On the left hand side in your dashboard, click on Posts > All Posts
Lets say you want to publish multiple draft posts just click on drafts.
3 Mark/Tick the posts
Now go ahead and mark the posts which you wish to edit/publish
4. Click on Bulk Action
Click on bulk action and then click edit.
It will take you to a page that looks like the above image.
Now to publish the draft posts you’ve just marked just click on Status > Publish. and click on update.
The posts will then all be published at the same time.
Lets say it’s a page you wish to bulk publish or edit just apply the same method and you’ll be good.
