Each year we review and revise our prices, balancing increases against our continued commitment to investment. This is so that we can offer the high level of support and infrastructure reliability you expect from us.
With that said, due to a variety of factors outside of our control, we’ve been forced to introduce a price increase for certain products. We’ve seen increases from almost all our suppliers. Since we pay many of our suppliers in the US dollar currency, the weak performance of the Rand has only compounded this problem.
The increase is effective immediately for new products and will be implemented for existing products on 1 January 2023. You can view the products experiencing the price increase below.
